Bad Faith Litigation – Nothing Funny About it

Posted in Events

While we usually pride ourselves on the humorous side of all things CAFA, there is nothing funny about Bad Faith Litigation.

Join our friends at American Conference Institute for their forum which promises to shape the future of bad faith litigation strategies for leading outside counsel, in-house counsel and claims examiners in the insurance industry.

This 19th Annual Bad Faith Conference will have two judicial panels and an in-house and claims examiner panel. According to ACI “no other conference in the industry allows you to interact and benchmark with the leaders in the industry while hearing the theories and defenses that are most effective, how to weigh the evidence, and which arguments turn cases one way or another.

What: American Conference Institute’s 19th National Advanced Forum on Bad Faith Litigation.

When: April 29-30, 2009
