The Ninth Annual National Institute on Class Action, co-sponsored by the American Bar Association Section on Litigation and the ABA Center for CLE will convene on September 23, 2005 in Chicago and on October 7, 2005 in San Francisco.

CAFA will be a hot topic at both — “What You Hafta Know About CAFA” — and the conferences will also focus on Rule 23 issues and other hot class action litigation topics.
If you can’t attend in person, there will be a telconference and audio webcast of the October 7th program live from San Francisco.
